Refund policy

REFUND POLICY:

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged Items Only: If your item arrives damaged or broken, you must contact us at houseoflaro@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos showing the damage. All shipments are insured, and we will file a claim with the carrier and provide either a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

Please carefully inspect your package upon arrival and report any issues immediately.
